Accessible and easy for every age. The home is essentially single-level throughout, with wheelchair- and walker-friendly access to the main living areas and all bedrooms. The only exception is the game room. That makes it especially easy for families with young children, older guests and guests with mobility needs. The home has not been formally assessed for ADA compliance, so if you have specific access needs, message us and we'll walk you through the layout.

Valle View Retreat has 6 foldable chairs in our main closet by the front entrance. Just make sure to bring them back. Please.

Extra large parking area. Spacing for 5 to 7 cars. Hammerhead Turnaround area down the hill. Drive will have ice melt & scraped for any ice and snow events. 4x4 is not required, but would be preferred.
