How many people does the house sleep?
Up to 20 guests, across five bedrooms and 11 beds, with four full bathrooms. Mattresses throughout are new 12-inch memory foam, and the three main bedrooms have Smart TVs.
Is the house good for babies, kids and older guests?
Yes. Everything is on one level with no stairs, and there’s step-free access from the accessible parking spot into the home, kitchen, dining area and a bedroom. For little ones, there’s a Pack ‘n Play, toddler utensils, suction bowls, sippy cups, a play tent, books, toys and sound machines. Babysitter recommendations are available on request.
Can we bring pets?
No, Valle View Retreat is a pet-free home. Service animals are welcome.

Can I work from the house?
Yes. Fiber internet runs at 500+ Mbps, Wi-Fi beacons cover the whole house, every TV is hardwired, and there’s a dedicated workspace.

A double oven, a five-burner stove, a double air fryer, sous vide, a stand mixer, a blender and serving trays for big dinners, plus Keurig and Nespresso coffee machines and a wine bar with glassware. If you’d like a night off cooking, you can book a private chef through our partner yhangry.
What is there to do outdoors at the house?
There’s an 8-person hot tub, a wood-burning fire pit with 12 Adirondack chairs, cornhole, a front porch with rocking chairs and a back porch that seats 16 or more for dinner.
How far is it to skiing and the towns?
Sugar Mountain is about 10 miles away and Beech Mountain about 12. Hawksnest Tubing and Zipline is about 8 miles, Banner Elk town center is about 7, and Boone and Blowing Rock are both within 15 miles.
